食管异物严重并发症的诊治体会

Analysis of serious complications by foreign bodies in esophagus

目的 探讨食管异物严重并发症的诊治经验。方法 通过对 1979～ 1999年间所收治的食管异物中出现严重并发症的 2 3例患者进行临床分析。结果 2 3例食管异物严重并发症 ,治愈 16例 (占 6 9.5 7% ) ,死亡 7例 (占 30 .43% )。结论 食管异物如不及时取出 ,可出现严重的并发症 。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic experience of serious complications by foreign bodies in esophagus. Methods Twenty-three cases with serious complications by foreign bodies in esophagus from 1979 to 1999 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 23 cases, 16 ( 69.57% ) were cured and 7 ( 30.43% ) died. Conclusion Severe complications and even death may occur, if there is no early intervention to foreign bodies in esophagus.
