摘要
介绍了苯定向氯化制对二氯苯的连续化工艺。比较了搅拌釜多级串联与填料塔鼓泡2种反应方式,证明搅拌釜多级串联工艺可获得较高的苯和氯苯转化率,对二氯苯收率>72%,二氯苯中对位/邻位摩尔比>3.3,反应能连续稳定地进行。
A continuous process for preperation of p-dichlorobenzene by chlorination of benzene was described, and the multistage reactors process was compared with bubbling type packing tower process. The result showed that higher conversion and yield were obtained in the former process, i. e. yield>72%, p/o mol ratio>3.3.
