全麻病人知晓情况初步调查

A SURVEY OF CONSCIOUS AWARENESS DURING GENERAL ANAESTHESIA

①目的 调查全麻知晓的发生率。②方法 随机对 2 2 6例气管插管全麻手术后 1d病人全麻知晓情况进行问卷调查。③结果 10例病人有知晓经历 ,其中 6例有听觉 ;4例有痛觉 ,其中 1例导致创伤后应急紊乱。④结论 全麻知晓是一个严重的潜在并发症 。

Objective\ This study was to assess conscious awareness during general anaesthesia.\ Methods\ 226 patients underwent general anaesthesia were randomly interviewed using standardized questionaire about their experience of intraoperative awareness one day after operation.\ Results\ Ten patients had intraoperative awareness, six of them had auditory perception, four had the sensation of pain,and one patient developed post traumatic stress disorder syndrome.\ Conclusion\ Conscious awareness during general anaesthesia is a serious complication. How to prevent this complication is still a problem to be settled urgently.
