血清抗结核抗体检测对肺结核诊断的价值

THE VALUE OF DETECTION FOR SERUM ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS ANTIBODY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF TUBERCULOSIS

①目的 比较血清抗结核分支杆菌抗体、结核菌素 (PPD)皮试及痰结核菌涂片对活动性结核病诊断的意义。②方法 检测血清抗结核分支杆菌抗体在各类结核病人中的灵敏度和特异度以及与痰涂片查结核菌、PPD皮试的一致性。③结果 血清抗结核分支杆菌抗体诊断结核病的灵敏度为 70 .4% ,特异度为 94.0 % ,与痰涂片阳性和PPD皮试阳性的一致率分别为 6 7.4%和 6 4.8% .④结论 血清抗结核分支杆菌抗体与PPD皮试及痰结核菌涂片一样 。

Objective\ To evaluate the significance of measuring serum anti mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody and PPD skin test in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.\ Methods\ Sensitivity and specificity of the antibody in the diagnosis of tuberculosis were detected. The results of the antibody detection, sputum smear and PPD skin test were compared.\ Results\ The sensitivity of the antibody in the diagnosis of tuberculosis was found to be 70.4%, while the specificity was 94.0% , the rates accorded with sputum smear and PPD skin test were 67.4% and 64.8% respectively. \ Conclusion\ Detection of the antibody is the same as PPD skin test and sputum smear and can be used as an adjunctive method for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
