摘要
研究了碱土金属醋酸盐催化下的脂肪酸(特别是硬脂酸)乙氧基化反应。其中钙和镁的醋酸盐活性很低,醋酸钡和醋酸锶的催化活性较好,但均明显低于碱金属氢氧化物的催化活性。结合实验结果,用络合理论对反应机理、诱导期及其成因作了初步探讨。
The oxyethylation of fatty acid,esp.stearicacid,catalyzed by alkaline earth metal acetate was investigated.The results showed that the catalytic activities of CaAc_2 and MgAc_2 are relatively low,and BaAc_2 and SrAc_2 are better but both are significantly lower than that of alkali metal hydroxides.The oxyethylation mechanism of fatty acid was primar- ily discussed on the basis of experimental data and complex theory.
