摘要
介绍了Z-4型分子筛叠合催化剂在玉炼中试情况,考察了反应温升的控制以及反应温度、循环比、重量空速对烯烃转化率的影响。标定结果表明,该催化剂具有较高的活性和良好的稳定性,装置运行期间,在循环比为0.8~2.9,重量空速为2.4~3.9h^(-1)(二段总计)时,烯烃总转化率达到80%以上,液态烃收率在50%左右,生产的叠合汽油MON>75,汽油中C_9^(2-)争含量20%
A pilot test of Z-4 molecular sieve oligomerization catalyst in Yumen refinery was introduced,The effects of con- troting reaction temperature rise,reaction temperature,recycle ratio and weight-space velocity on the conversion rate of alkene were described.Identification of this process indicated that the Z-4 catalyst has higher reactivity and stability. The result is that total alkene conversion rate is>80% and the liquid yield is about 50% in the condition of recycle ratio 0.8~2.9 and weight-space velocity 2.4~3.9h^(-1)(two-stage),the MON of produced polymer gasoline is >75 and the content of C_9=is 20%.
