摘要
考察了醋酸乙烯酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸丁酯三元共聚物的防水性能。该共聚物作为胶粘剂固化后70℃水煮30h不开胶,-30℃冷冻30天性能不变。粘接PVC膜与胶合板的性能符合HG4-1197-79部颁标准。该共聚物对于木材、玻璃、薄铁板、瓷砖、壁纸、陶瓷、混凝土等材料均有良好的粘接性能。
The waterproof performance of VAc/MMA/BA terpolymer adhesive was investigated. After cured, this adhesive is still adherent to immerse in 70℃ water for 30h and refrigerated at—30℃ for 10 days respectively. The joint of PVC film and polywood by this adhesive coincide with the chinese standard HG4-1197-79. It is suitable to wood, glass, iron sheet, ceramic tile, wall-paper, concrete and so on.
