摘要
本文通过阐述在当今国际形势下留学生教育的意义，认为来华留学生工作必须引进新的办学和管理观念，以使中国成为全球范围内竞争日益激烈的留学生市场中的赢家。
By discussing the significance of enrollment of foreign students coming to China in the current international situation, this paper proposes to introduce new educational concepts about enrollment and management of overseas students, so as to make China a winner on the global market of overseas students where competition is becoming more and more fierce.
