摘要
考察了相转移催化剂在合成水杨醛的赖默梯曼反应中的应用;并优选了相转移催化的工艺条件,使水杨醛的收率达到62%;然后通过珀金反应合成香豆素;并对整个合成工艺进行了探讨。
The application of PTC(phase transfer catalyst)in Reimer-Tieman reaction for synthesis of salicylaidehyde was investigated, and optimal technique conditions were determined. The yield of salicylaidehyde was 62% tand then caumarin was synthesized by Perkin reaction. The total synthetic technique was discussed.
