摘要
本文运用文献资料法同群理论对长拳运动进行研究,提出了提高长拳运动员耐力训练的思路及相应的训练方法,并付诸训练实践,其结果具有显著效应。
This article analyses the kinetic features and the energy metabolism of changquan by means of referrence to various materials and the theory of classification of sports. It provides the idea of how to improve the trainee' s stamina and the corresponding training methods. The methods put into use, the effect is surprisingly outstanding.
