摘要
以丙烯腈水解得到的28%工业丙烯酰胺水溶液及37%甲醛为原料,NaOH为催化剂,NaNO_2为阻聚剂,在45~50℃下合成了N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,产品的收率可达72%,熔点75C,IR谱图与标准图一致。讨论了影响合成的各因素。该法与甲醇钠法和离子交换法相比有其独到之处。
A method for synthesizing N-methylolacrylamide at 45~50℃, using 28% aq. solution of industrial acrylamide obtained from hydrolysis of acrylonitrile and 37% aq. solution of formaldehyde as raw materials, sodium hydroxide as catalyst, and sodium nitrite as polymerization inhibitor, was proposed. The yield reached 72%, and the m. p. of the product is 75℃. The IR spectrum is in concordance with standard spectrum. The reaction factors have been discussed. It is peculiar to this method, compared with the methods of sodium methoxide and ion exchange resin.
