摘要
提出了在有机溶剂中直接酯化合成麦芽糖醇脂肪酸酯的工艺。在优化的反应条件下,麦芽糖醇转化率可达到95.6％。
The direct esterifying method for synthesizing maltitol fatty acid ester in a solvent (DMF) was studied. Under optium reaction condititions, the conversion rate of maltitol was up to 95.6％.
