介绍了FY 1C的轨道特征、对地观测能力、星上数据贮存能力和数据传输能力等 ,以及卫星仪器特性、光谱波段特征和应用能力。
The orbital features, performance of earth observation, data storage and transmission, and the characteristics of satellite borne instrument, frequency band and their application are introduced. Finally the application of the satellite data is described.
