摘要
研究了在Pd、Ni、Ti 3种元素共存体系中测定Ti的新方法。采用二甲基乙二肟沉淀分离钯 ,以相应试剂空白消除镍干扰。在稀硫酸介质中 ,钛与过氧化氢生成的黄色络合物最大吸收波长λmax=41 0nm ,摩尔吸光系数ε =0 730× 1 0 3L/mol·cm ,钛量在 1 60 μg/5 0ml~ 30 0 0 μg/5 0ml内符合朗伯比尔定律。该法简便、准确 ,选择性好 ,测定范围宽 ,可用于Pd -Ni-Ti合金中 2 %~ 1 5 %Ti的测定 。
A new method for determination of titanium in the system in which palladium,nickel and titanium coexist together was studied.The dimethyl glyoxime was used to precipitate and separate palladium,the corresponding reagent blank was used to eliminate the disturbance of nickel.In dilute sulphuric acid medium,titanium reacts with hydrogen peroxide to form a yellow complex.The maximum absorption of the complex is at 410nm and the molar absorptivity is 0 730×10 3 L/mol·cm,Beer's law is obeyed when titanium content is in the range of 160μg/50ml~3 000μg/50ml.The method is simple and accurate.It has good selectivity and wide determination range.It can be used to determine titanium of 2%~15% in Pd-Ni-Ti alloy with satisfactory result.
