摘要
在综述模具并行设计方法的基础上 ,论述了模具并行工程系统的实施方案 ,提出了模具并行工程组织与系统结构、基于特征的知识表达与信息共享机制、模具计算机辅助报价与成本分析方法 ,以及综合应用知识推理、成本分析。
Concurrent design method has enjoyed rapid development in die and mold industry. To develop a concurrent design system of die and mold, an organization and system structure of die and mold concurrent engineering is put forwarded. Feature, as a carrier of engineering information and knowledge, is used to integrate product design and die and mold design and manufacturing. A feature based computer aided die and mold quote and cost evaluation method and a concurrent design method by means of knowledge based reasoning, cost evaluation and CAE simulation are discussed.
