分析比较了防尘盖的新旧工艺 ,经工艺分析及计算 ,采用落料—拉深—冲孔—切边复合模具 ,可节省原材料、提高生产率及降低产品成本。

In this paper, the new and old technologies of the dust cover are analyzed and compared. Through the technology analysis and calculation, it is to economize the raw materials, to increase the productivity, and reduce the cost by adopting blanking drawing piercing trimming compound die. The calculation of the blank dimension and the stamping force for the dust cover and the die structure are also introduced.
