摘要
研究了 NiAl-28Cr—5Mo—1Hf合金在 1000—1200℃空气中的氧化行为 X射线结构分析表明,氧化膜主要由α -Al2O3构成,并含有Cr2O3和少量HfO2.采用扫描电镜和能谱分析研究了氧化产物的微观组织及成分。
The isothermal oxidation behavior of NiAl-28Cr-5Mo-1Hf alloy at 1000-1200 degreesC in air has been studied. The results show that isothermal oxidation kinetics of the NiAl-28Cr-5Mo-1Hf alloy obeys the parabolic law at all test temperatures. The microstructure and composition of the oxide layer have been studied by means of X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope with an EDAX unit. The oxidation scale mainly consists of alpha -Al2O3, and there are also Cr2O3 and a little HfO2. The oxidation mechanism was discussed from the phase contitution.
