将低铝合金铸态组织经过 β单相区风冷处理后再进行循环热处理 ,使γ相直接从未分解的 β相析出 ,从而打破了α、γ片层之间严格的共格界面关系 ,大大降低了原始铸态组织热稳定性 。
The cast microstructure of TiAl alloys with low aluminum content were rapidly refined by means of a novel heat treatment, which makes γ phase directly precipitate from β phase and breaks down the coherent crystal orientation between α/γ lamellae, decreases the thermal stability of the cast microstructure of the low aluminum containing TiAl alloys, and rapidly refines the cast microstructure of TiAl alloys with low aluminum content.
