摘要
在对IGBT逆变焊机主电路、驱动保护电路深入分析的基础上 ,提出了提高焊机可靠性的途径 ,并据此研制了 40 0A移相全桥零压开关逆变焊机。
The influence of the main circuit topology and the driving and protection circuit on the performance of IGBT arc welding inverter is analyzed. The techniques to improve the reliability of arc welding inverter are discussed. A 400 ampere Full Bridge Phase Shifted Zero Voltage Switching (FB PS ZVS) arc welding inverter has been developed.
