摘要
同 6 0年代甚至 70年代生产的普通电弧炉相比 ,高阻抗电弧炉具有效率高、生产率高、电能消耗低、电极消耗少、耐火材料消耗少等优点。事实上 ,它是一种新的炼钢工具 ,它使发展缓慢的交流电弧炉炼钢技术也像直流电弧炉和等离子电弧炉那样具有灵活性和竞争力。简要叙述了高阻抗电弧炉的发展情况、理论基础、性能指标 ,同时也介绍它的实际应用情况 ,以及同普通电弧炉的一些数据对比。
The high impedance arc furnace is so efficient in regard to the consumptions of energy,electrodes and refractories as well as productivity that it bears almost no resemblance to the low impedance arc furnace of the sixties / seventies. As a matter of fact,it is a new steelmaking installation,being so flexible and competitive such as DC arc furnace and plasma arc furnace.that it has fastened the development of AC arc furnace technologies. This paper briefly describes the history of the high impedance arc furnace as well as the theory behind its perfomance, and also shows its practical application and some comparative data between high and low-impedance operations.
