摘要
在 HF-2000场发射电镜上完成了Al/Al2O3颗粒的辐照诱发Al非晶化转变和原位观察。
Amorphization behavior of aluminum in the interface region of an ultrafine Al particle encapsulated by Al2O3 shell under the electron beam irradiation was achieved by HF-2000 field emission gun transmission electron microscope. Nanobeam X-ray energy dispersive spectrum analysis revealed that the mechanism of the amorphization is an oxidization behavior.
