摘要
利用傅里叶变换红外光谱 (FTIR)高分辨手段 ,对正常人的细胞和五千余名 (包括胃癌、食道癌、肠癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌 )患者的细胞进行了对比研究 ,初步得出此方法能在分子水平上揭示出肿瘤细胞与正常细胞的明显差别 ,并且通过谱图解析 ,可直接阐明引起谱图变化的主要原因、细胞癌变的可能机理 ,从而对病程进行预测 。
A new method for determining the canceration cells has been proposed. By means of the high resolution of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, we have conducted the comparison and study on the normal human cells and those of more than 5000 patients suffering from the cancer. It has preliminary concluded that this method can explain the obvious difference between the cancer cells and the normal ones from the molecular level. Morever, through the interpretation of the spectra, it can directly explain the the main reasons causing the change of the spectra, the possible mechanism of the cells canceration and thus the course of the illness can be forcasted and a bright future for diagnosing cancer in early stage is developed.
