摘要
利用VIDAS和SN标准对 2 0 0份禽肉产品和 8株菌种进行检测 ,并利用国际标准菌株做对照 ,用VI DAS进行检测试验 ,特异性良好 ,未发现假阳性和假阴性。用禽肉样品进行检测 ,VIDAS具有特异、灵敏、专一的特点 ,与传统的SN标准方法的结果进行对照 ,发现个别假阴性现象 ,但未发现假阳性结果。因此 。
The salmonella spp. Including all stereotype in 200 poultry products and 8 strains were tested by VIDAS (the multi parametric immunoanalysis automated analyzer) method and CCIB SN reference method respectively. The standard strains were accurately tested by VIDAS without any false negative or positive reaction. The poultry products were tested by VIDAS with rapidity, specification and sensitivity. Compared to the traditional method(SN), false negative reactions were seldom occurred, but we did not find any false positive reactions. Thus VIDAS is a suitable instrument for screening salmonella spp.
