把江南生物显微镜的 16×目镜装在欧林巴斯生物显微镜上 ,不仅不影响显微镜原设计系统的功能 ,而且克服了欧林巴斯生物显微镜目微尺小或不清晰的缺点 ,同时也克服了江南生物显微镜球面差大的缺点 。

Fixed the 16× ocular of Jiangnan-microscope on Olympus microscope, the result shows that the functions of designed systemic of microscope are not affected, and what is more, the disadvantages that ocular micrometer of Olympus microscopic is too smaller to be clearly seen and the large spherical aberration of Jiangnan-microscopic will be overcome by recombination microscope. The precision of standardization of the ocular micrometer would be largely enhanced.
