摘要
针对小批量制造过程中统计质量控制 (SPC)所面临的突出问题 ,即如何充分利用有关过程的信息 (包括客观的历史数据和主观的经验与判断 ) ,提出应用贝叶斯预测理论的动态质量控制方法 ,着重讨论这一方法的动态建模、参数估计、模型干预方法和实施步骤等 ,并进行工程应用。
When statistical process control(SPC) is used in a small batch manufacturing process,a critical problem is how to fully acquire and utilize information about process(including existing objective data and empirical judgment) According to this question,an algorithm of dynamic quality control based on Bayesian decision-theorem is introduced,and those procedures such as dynamic modelling,parameter estimating and model interrupting are described in detail At last,a case study is given
