摘要
论述了形状记忆合金 (SMA)弹簧驱动元件的应力、应变、温度和相变之间的关系并对铜基形状记忆合金螺旋弹簧进行了系统的测试。对试验结果及其机理进行了系统分析 ,试验结果表明 ,SMA弹簧元件在 3种基本使用状态下的应力—应变—温度关系呈现非线性 ,设计中不能直接应用虎克定律。测试结果为进一步揭示SMA驱动特性及设计SMA驱动元件提供了参考依据。
The relationships among stress, strain, temperature and phase transformation of Cu-based shape memory alloy spring are investigated. The experimental results and their mechanisms are systematically analyzed The results show that the relationships about stress-strain, stress-temperature and strain-temperature of SMA helical spring in the three basic application forms are non-linear, and Hooke's law can not be directly used in design. Experimental results are very useful to reveal the actuating behaviors and to design actuators of SMA spring
