摘要
研究了一种新型结构的光纤悬臂梁式振动传感器。该传感器的光纤悬臂梁带有光纤微准直透镜 ,提高了光路的光耦合效率 ;接收探头采用双光路差分结构 ,大大提高了传感器灵敏度 ,同时也增强了抗干扰能力。通过实验测试研究了该传感器对压电陶瓷激振的响应特性 。
This paper deals with a novel type of optic fibre cantilever vibration sensor. The optic fibre cantilever of the sensor is attached with an optic fibre collimating lens so as to improve the optical coupling efficiency. The double optical path differential structure is adopted in the receiving detector so that the sensor sensitivity has been greatly improved; and the ability to resist the interference is enhanced as well. The response behaviors of the sensor to the piezoelectric ceramics excitation are studied through the experiments and tests so as to prove the ability of the sensor to vibration tests.
