氧化铝母液成分在线分析仪的研制

On-line analyzer for analysis of composition of mother liquor of aluminium oxide

建立了氧化铝母液密度和成分间关系的数学模型。研制了基于密度测量的氧化铝母波成分在线分析仪。密度测量采用放射线密度计。实验表明，在拟定的工作条件下使用仪器，可获得满意的结果。

A mathematical model was established for expressing the relationship between the density and the composition of mother liguor of aluminium oxide. Based on the model, a radioactive densitometer has been developed for on-line analysis of components in mother liquor of aluminium chide by the measurement of density of the mother liquor. The data obtained under given conditions are satisfactory.
