摘要
以典型机电产品为对象,深入研究基于可拓诊断方法的加工中心刀库故障诊断问题,详细阐述了可拓故障诊断思维方法的原理与实现。提出利用蕴含系和共轭对方法分析加工中心刀库故障。该方法不仅能够准确判断已发生故障,而且根据共轭分析发现故障隐患,减少故障带来的损失。通过引入关联函数,可确切计算故障发生的程度。从而为分析故障诊断系统提供了一种定性与定量结合的全新思维方法,使诊断更加客观化、全面化。
The extension method and principle of trouble diagnosis are expounded. The tool storage of machining center is served as being researching object. The trouble diagnosis problem of tool storage is studied thoroughly based on the method of extension diagnosis. The method of the implication system and the conjugate pair that is used to analyzes troubles of the tool storage. And put forward that the trouble diagnosis method based on the extension method, which not only can well and truly judge the trouble that has happened already, but also ca n find the hidden trouble by the conjugate analysis, and reduce the losing. It is accurately calculated to the degree of the trouble happening by using the dependent function. A new method in which the quality combined with the quantity for the trouble diagnosis is provided. Thereby, the new method made the diagnosis more objectively and completely
