摘要
提出了一种新型的高性能直线伺服电动机的机电系统设计方法,包括硬件及控制系 统,因为本系统采用光栅位移测量方法和DSP高速信号处理器,并相应应用了基于状态观测 器的滑模控制算法,系统的机电动态特性得到很大的提高。这种直线伺服电动机的高性能已 经在试验环境中进行了测试,结果表明系统的总体性能得到很大的提高。
A kind of new design way of electromechanical system of the high performance linear servo motor, including the hardware and control system is presented. Because this system adopts raster to measure the position and uses the DSP to process the signal, and apply the sliding mode control arithmetic based on the state observer, the electromechanical dynamic performance of system is improved greatly. The high performance of linear servo motor is tested in experimental environment, the result shows that the performance of this system is very high.
