摘要
用强石墨化药皮配合纯Ni焊芯制成焊条,其熔敷金属与WC—Co硬 质合金有良好的湿润性和液态互熔性;TEM、SEM、EDAX分析表明:熔合区为Ni基W、Co固溶 体和球状石墨;焊接冶金过程新生的少量脆性相Co3W3C、WC1-X,大部分被球状 石墨吞并,少量分布于基体亚晶界;熔合线上原始的WC和原始的Co相重新与Ni基金属形成焊 合界面。最终证明:在本研究条件下,WC—Co硬质合金有良好的电弧熔焊的焊接性。
The electrode is made of pure Ni and coating with lots of graphite, which filler metal has well wetting quality and liquid inter-dissolution with WC-Co cemented carbide. The analyses of TEM, SEM, EDAX show that the bond is made up of solid solution of W, Co and spherical graphite in the matrix of Ni. There are some new brittle phases of Co3W3C, WC1-X formed during welding metallurgy. Most of them are annexed by spherical graphite and only a few of those scattered at the sub-boundary of the matrix. Eventually, the W C-Co cemented carbide has favorable fusion welding of arc welding on study condition.
