论述了汽车覆盖件冲压工艺特征的分类和定义以及建立覆盖件工艺特征模型的方法 ,总结了覆盖件冲压工艺设计中工序设计、工序排序、工序组合等方面的设计规则和知识 ,研究了基于特征和知识的工艺方案推理机制和推理过程 ,以及拉延工序件设计和工艺可行性分析等关键问题。提出了以Unigraphics为开发平台的覆盖件冲压
In this paper,the classification and the definition of stamping process features for panels are put forward, and a method of creating process feature model is discussed firstly, and then the design rules and knowledge in operation design, arrangement and combination are summarized. Some key issues such as feature and knowledge based reasoning on scheme generation, design of drawn workpiece and evaluation of stamping process feasibility are researched. Finally, a structural framework of stamping CAPP system for automotive panel was built on Unigraphics platform.
