This paper presents a study of China's automobile industry and discusses the mutual reaction between industrial organization and technological innovation. It probes into how innovation affects the economics of scale and market conduct of automobile industry in China by means of regarding technological innovation as a kind of market performance. There are two key points contained in this paper: one is for the analysis of characteristics of China automobile industry market performance and the other one is for regression analysis of the market conduct.
