摘要
提出了一种基于多次性态模型的电动三轴运动仿真转台框架结构参数优化设计的研究方法。优化的目标函数为框架转动惯量 ,约束函数为框架的部分结构参数和最低固有频率。在优化分析过程中采用多次性态模型来代替原有限元软件进行重分析 ,在保证优化效果的前提下大大提高了优化效率。
This paper presents a new approach for optimizing research of the three-axis flying simulation table's frame by using its natural condition model. In this optimizing algorithm, the rotary inertia of the frame is taken as the objective function, while its structural dimensions and minimum natural frequencies are used as the constraint functions. During the optimizing process, a method based on the natural condition model instead of traditional FEM software is used. It is proved that this algorithm can reach the optimal goal more efficiently.
