摘要
针对传统合成橡胶压块机系统中压块周期长、故障率高、控制水平低、可靠性差 ,经常出现停车的现状 ,研制出合成橡胶压块机专用插装阀集成块 ,研究了新型工艺调整方法 ,综合运用节能设计和简化设计 ,研制出新型合成橡胶压块机控制系统 ,并通过可靠性试验验证新型控制系统的可靠性。与国外同类设备相比 ,该新型控制系统具有设计合理、价廉可靠、节能高效、适应性强、程序调节方便的特点 ,可以降低生产成本 ,提高我国合成橡胶产品的竞争力 。
For a long cycle, high fault rate, low control level, low reliability and regular system down of the press,a special cartridge valve integrated block for the press is developed, new process regulation method is explored, new control system for synthetic rubber press is developed by energy-saving design and simplified design and verified by reliability test. It has characteristics of reasonable design, low cost and high reliability, low energy cost and high efficiency, good flexibility, and convenient adjustive program. It can lower the production cost and improve the competition of domestic products, and has great sense for the reform of national enterprises, the project has good popularization value.
