摘要
通过对多传感器数据融合理论和机电设备故障诊断特点的分析 ,提出了用多传感器数据融合的方法进行智能故障诊断的系统框架。诊断系统的建立采用敏捷虚拟测试技术 ,其拓扑结构具有多层次性、开放性、灵活敏捷等优点。融合中心采用多种融合诊断策略 ,综合诊断处理的方法使得诊断结果具有更高的置信度。
Shorter developing period,lower cost and higher quality are as the requirements of current competition for testing systems. Based on virtual instruments and multi-sensor data fusion theory, an intelligent diagnosis system using agile virtual testing technique is presented.The paper discusses the features, advantages, composition of agile virtual test and also the scheme, contents, key techniques of its design. Software widget is using for building virtual instruments which helps the users to build their special testing systems with unprecedented convenience and flexibility and to improves the software reusability. The fusion center includes variable fusion diagnosis methods, such as neural network and genetic algorithm, fuzzy theory, probability?Applying agile virtual test technique, the topological structure of diagnosis system will be come more open and flexible. The software strategy will be as the developing trend of PC-based automation testing technologies.
