摘要
对静压支承中的静压止推轴承、静压滑环等液压元件的简化模型——旋转对称环形密封缝隙进行了深入研究 ,探讨了这种缝隙中油液粘度在变粘度条件下的分布规律 ,在此基础上推导出了环形静压支承进口和出口油液的温升计算公式 ,得出了有意义的结论 ,为设计出结构合理。
During the design of a hydraulic bearing system, temperature raise of oil is one of the main problems that always puzzle people, and how to determine the value of viscosity is also very important. This paper carries out researches into the simplified model of hydrostatic thrust bearing and hydrostatic slipring, and the distribution of viscosity in hydrostatic thrust bearing and building the formula of temperature raise of the hydraulic bearing's in and out oil. The results have significant theoretical and practical values to the study of fluid characteristics with variable viscosity.
