石油化工领域CIMS体系结构研究

Research of CIMS Architecture in the Petrochemical Field

以大庆石化总厂化工一厂的ＣＩＭＳ示范工程为例，论述石油化工领域计算机集成生产系统（Ｃｏｍｐｕｔｅｒ Ｉｎｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄ Ｍａｎｕｆａｃｔｕｒｉｎｇ Ｓｙｓｔｅｍ，ＣＩＭＳ）的体系结构；以ＣＩＭＳ原理为指导，把ＣＩＭＳ工程的目标与企业长远发展战略相结合，给出了适合我国石油化工行业要求的ＣＩＭＳ的实施方案。

This paper discuss the architecture of the Computer Integr ated Manufacturing System in the petrochemical field according to the example of the first Chemical Engineering Plant's CIMS project of the DaQing General Petrochemical Corporation; With the principle of CIMS as the guidance and combine the target of the CIMS project and the lon g stratagem, a scheme suitable for petrochemical field of our country is given.
