摘要
用线性近似方法给出了电脉冲处理过程中试样平均温度的理论表达式 ,并采用绝热近似方法估算了叠加在试样平均温度之上的最大温度起伏为 ,ΔT=τpU/( 2l2 ρecpρ)。在所使用的电脉冲参数的范围内 ,代入相关的数值 ,估算结果为 :ΔT <30K。另外 。
The average temperature of a sample during electropulsing has been calculated by using a linear approximation, and the probable undulation overlapping on the sample temperature has been estimated by an adiabatic method. The result is Δ T=τ p U/(2l 2ρ e c pρ). Within the range of the used electropulse parameters and with the relevant numerical value substituted, the result is Δ T <30K. Moreover, it has no need to take the skin effect into consideration during elctropulsing.
