摘要
本文采用实验室模拟实验对内燃机油清净分散剂间的复合效应进行了探讨,以满足内燃机油良好的高、低温清净分散性能的要求。实验结果表明:由T109Mg与T115A按1:1调配而成的复合金属清净剂和由T151与L117按2:1调配而成的复合无灰分散剂之间有良好的协和效应,二者按一定比例调合的内燃机油复合清净分散剂具有良好的高、低温清净分散性能。
The synergistic effect between detergent and dispersant 41 engine oil is tested by the simulation experiment. The test results show that the compound detergent, which is concocted by T109Mg/T115A =1: 1, and the compound dispersant, which is concocted by T151/L117 =2:1, have excellent synergistic effcet. The compound detergent and the compound dispersant can be concocted to the additives engine oil additives by above stated ratios, and the favorable detergent and dispersant performance of engine oil at high and low temperature can be obtained by using the compound additives.
