摘要
通过对等离子体表面热处理技术中各工艺参数的信号分析 ,提出了对测量仪表的要求和选用标准 。
The signals of technique parameters in heat treatment of surface of plasma are analyzed and the requirements and the standard of selection of measuring instruments are stated. The current status and developing circumstances of the measuring instruments for subject processing industry in China are presented.
