摘要
对国家计委等四部委发布的《关于发展热电联产的规定》与原《关于发展热电联产的若干规定》两个文件进行了分析对比，提出了一些看法。
： This paper introduces the new regulation on thermal－electric co－generation in comparison with the former regulation which was also issued by SDPC etc.Some opinions are proposed.
