摘要
从抽油井油套环形空间起下下井仪器 ,直接测试油井生产动态参数的环空测试技术 ,被公认为是抽油井最佳测试方案。该技术发展和应用的前提是有一套成功的从油套管环形空间起下下井仪器的工艺。而起下工艺的成败是有一套技术先进的偏心井口装置。该装置具有“偏心”和“可转动”2大结构特征。现文回顾了我国设计和完善偏心井口的历程 ,分析了无转动结构的固定式偏心井口的技术缺陷 ,阐述了可转动偏心井口的多种结构特点和在现场上的应用 。
The annulus testing technique,in which the instrument is up and down through the annulus space between the tubing and casing,is regarded as the best testing method at home and abroad.To develop and apply this technique,the key problem is a successful technology for the instruments to up and down through the annulus space between the tubing and casing.The advanced eccentric wellhead equipment which has two structural features of “eccentric”and “rotatory”is the key for that.In this paper,the design and improvement history of eccentric wellhead is introduced,the technical problem of fixed type eccentric wellhead and the structural features and site application of rotatory type eccentric wellhead are analyzed,the proposal of developping trend and application plan is given.
