钻井过程中井内流动与传热的耦合数值计算 被引量:5

摘要 钻井作业必然伴随着钻井液在井内的流动及钻井液与井眼周围地层的热交换。钻井液在井内的流动及井内温度分布是影响井下压力平衡、井壁稳定等方面的重要因素 ,深入研究钻井过程中井下流动和传热的规律对钻井作业安全、快速地进行具有极其重要的意义。文章针对目前研究存在的不足 ,建立了钻井过程中井内流动和传热的耦合数学模型 。 Drilling operation is inevitably accompanied with the drilling fluid flowing in a borehole and the heat exchange between drilling fluid and strata around the borehole and they are the important factors influencing downhole pressure balance and borehole wall stabilization, etc. It is of great significance for drilling safety and rapid drilling to deeply study the rules of downhole fluid flowing and heat transfer in the process of drilling. In light of the deficiencies found in existing researches, a mathematical model expressing borehole fluid flowing-heat transfer coupling in the process of drilling is set up in the paper, being verified by on-the-spot testing data.
