欠平衡钻井井底负压差的确定因素与控制方法研究

STUDY ON DESIGN FACTORS AND CONTROL APPROACHES OF NEGATIVE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE ON WELL-BOTTOM IN UNDERBALANCED DRILLING

欠平衡钻井作为一项为油气田勘探开发服务的新技术 ,在国内外已迅速发展。然而 ,国内在井底负压差设计理论与控制工艺方面的研究较少。文章讨论了欠平衡钻井井底负压差的确定因素和合理钻井液密度的计算方法。同时 ,着重论述了几种切实可行的井底负压差控制方法。文章所提出的有关理论模型和方法经过多口井的现场应用具有很高的参考价值 ,为今后的欠平衡钻井实践提供了借鉴。

As a new technique served in exploration and exploitation in oil fields, underbalanced drilling techniques have been developed rapidly at home and abroad. However, there are still few studies of design theories and control techniques on well-bottom negative differential pressure. This paper discusses about design factors of well-bottom negative differential pressure and proportional drilling fluid density. Meanwhile, this paper also discusses several controlling methods on well-bottom negative differential pressure of underbalanced drilling. Many related theory models and methods, referred in this paper, after practical application in several wells in fields, will supply us valuable reference and help us in the future underbalanced drilling.
