栉孔扇贝对单细胞藻类生长间接作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用室内实验生态学方法研究了栉孔扇贝对藻类生长的间接促进作用。结果显示 ,栉孔扇贝对浮游植物有明显的促长作用 ,并且浮游植物的增长与栉孔扇贝的密度呈正相关 ,符合如下模式 :Y=4 0 .85ln X+44 .87( R2 =0 .979,P=0 .0 5,n=15)。栉孔扇贝对浮游植物的促长作用随藻类种类的不同具有较大的差别 ,主要取决于藻类对营养盐的需求量。 Using the laboratory ecological method,the indirect effects of Chlamys farreri on microalgae growth were measured from June to August,1998. The results show that the scallop (Chlamys farreri) has obvious indirect effects on microalgae growth. The increase of microalgae is correlated positively with the density of the scallop (Chlamys farreri) and the correlation can be expressed by Y =40 85ln X +44 87( R 2=0 979, P=0 05,n =15), where Y is the increase of Chl.a (μg/L) and X is the density of filter bivalves (ind./L). The indirect effects of the scallop ( Chlamys farreri ) on different species of microalgae are quite different, which mainly depends on the needs for nutriments of the microalgae.
