术前化疗在Ⅲ期乳腺癌治疗中的作用

The Effects of Preoperative Chemotherapy on the Treatment of Stage Ⅲ Breast Cancer

目的 评价术前化疗在Ⅲ期乳腺癌治疗中的作用。方法 从 1991年 3月至 1994年 3月 ,我科共收治Ⅲ期乳腺癌 10 0例 ,按随机分组 ,术前化疗组 5 0例 ,未术前化疗组 5 0例 ,术后所有病例均行放化疗。结果 术前化疗后原发肿瘤明显缩小 ,有效率为 6 2 %(31/5 0 ) ,术前化疗组 5年生存率 70 % ,明显高于未术前化疗组的 36 % (P <0 0 5 )。结论 术前化疗对改善Ⅲ期乳腺癌的疗效、提高5年生存率具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the effects of preoperative chemotherapy on the treatment of stage Ⅲ breast cancer.Methods 100 patients were divided into two groups randomly between 1991～1994,fifty patients with stage Ⅲ breast cancer were treated by means of preoperative chemotherapy,the other group without preoperative chemotherapy,all patients were treated by radiation and chemotherapy after radical mastectomy.Results The tumor became smaller and the effectivc rate was 62%(31/50) in the group of preoperative chemotherapy.Five year survival rate(70%) of this group was higher than that of the group without preoperative chemotherapy(36%)( P <0 05) Conclusion The results suggest that the preoperative chemotherapy has an important effect on the prognosis of stage Ⅲ breast cancer
