Analysis of 14 ectopic pegnancy with uterine trauma

目的 :了解可发生子宫损伤的异位妊娠的种类、特点 ,减少异位妊娠并发子宫损伤的发生率及误诊率 ,减轻其严重性 ,提高其治愈率。方法 :对 14例异位妊娠并发子宫损伤病例作回顾性分析。结果 :输卵管间质部妊娠、输卵管残端妊娠、子宫颈妊娠可并发子宫损伤 ,出血量大 ,可引起休克等严重后果。结论 :早期诊断可减少子宫损伤 ,手术为重要的治疗方法。

Objective:To find out the kind,characteristic of ectopic pregnancy with uterine trauma,to reduce the incidence rate and the misdiagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy with uterine trauma,alleviate its serious condition,enhance the cure rate.Methods:Medical records of all 14 ectopic pregnancy with uterine trauma in our hospital during January,1980 to December,1999 were reviewed.Results:Pregnancy in the interstitial portion of the tube,uterine cervical pregnancy,pregnancy in the remaining tube can complicate uterine trauma,can cause shock because of massive hemorrhage.Conclusion:Early diagnosis can reduce uterine trauma,surgery is the important treatment.
