复方马勃冲剂对肺炎球菌感染家兔TNF-α、IL-6的影响

Ibe Effect of Compound Mabo Powder on the Serum TNF-α, DL-6 of the Rabbit Infected with Pneumococcus

应用肺炎球菌Ⅰ型标准株静脉感染家兔,同时灌服复方马勃冲剂,观察造模24h后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)的变化情况,以探讨复方马勃冲剂对肺炎球菌感染家兔血清TNF-α、IL-6的影响。结果显示,复方马勃冲剂能明显降低模型家兔血清TNF-α含量,但对血清IL-6含量的影响不显著。

The effect of Compound Mabo Powder on the serum TNF-α, IL-6 of the rabbit infected with pneumococcus was studied. The methods were that the rabbits were infected with I type slander strain of pneuraococcus by vein and then treated with Compound Mabo Powder by oral. The Results showed that the Compound Mabo Powder can obviously lower the level of serum TNF-α of rabbit and has no effect on serum IL-6 of rabbit.
