复方丹参注射液治疗门脉高压性胃病出血41例

Treatment of hemorrhage brought by portal hypertensive gastropathy with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection (复方丹参注射液) on 41 cases

目的 :观察复方丹参注射液对门脉高压性胃病 (PHG)引起的上消化道出血的疗效。方法 :81例 PHG出血患者随机分为治疗组 (41例 )和对照组 (40例 )。对照组采用垂体后叶素、心得安等药物治疗 ;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方丹参注射液 (2 0 m l/d)静滴 ,观察 2组的止血时间。结果 :治疗组显效 2 1例 ,有效 15例 ,无效 5例 (重度出血 ) ,总有效率 87.8% ;对照组显效 15例 ,有效 13例 ,无效 12例 (中度出血 8例 ,重度出血4例 ) ,总有效率 70 .0 % ,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :复方丹参注射液是基层医疗单位治疗 PHG引起的轻、中度上消化道出血的较好药物。

Objective:To observe the effect of composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection(复方丹参注射液) in treating upper digestive tract hemorrhage brought by portal hypertensive gastropathy(PHG).Methods:Eightyone patients with PHG hemorrhagesufferer were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=41) and the control group(n=40).The control group was treated with pituitrin propranolol etc.;the treatment group based on therapy as the control group the composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection intravenously drip(20 ml/d) was added,the time of hemostasia was observed.Results:There were 21 markedly effective cases?15 effective cases and 5 void cases(bad hemorrhage) in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 87.8%;there were 15 markedly effective cases?13 effective cases and 12 void cases(medium hemorrhage on 8 cases,bad hemorrhage on 4 cases) in the control group,the total effective rate was 70.0%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was markedly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection is the preferably medicine for treating the lightduty and mediumduty upper digestive tract hemorrhage brought by PHG at basal iatrical unit.
